- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter (for garlic butter)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with garlic butter, tossing to coat.
- Once the chicken is done, top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve the crispy chicken parmesan over garlic butter spaghetti, garnished with fresh parsley.
