These crispy air fryer chicken bites are perfectly seasoned and served with a delicious creamy ranch dip. Perfect for a quick snack or appetizer!

- 1 lb Chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crispiness)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- as needed Cooking spray (for air frying)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken bites in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the top of the chicken bites with more cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with creamy ranch dip.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for a few hours before coating.
- You can add your favorite spices or herbs to the breadcrumb mixture for variation.
