Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crispiness)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • as needed Cooking spray (for air frying)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the chicken bites in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  8. Spray the top of the chicken bites with more cooking spray.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Serve hot with creamy ranch dip.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for a few hours before coating.
