  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
