- 1 medium head of green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cabbage is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
