- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- If using, fold in the parsley and nuts for added flavor and crunch.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy your creamy chicken salad with pasta!

- This salad can be made a day in advance. The flavors will deepen as it sits.
