- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens as the base.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, bacon, blue cheese, and red onion over the greens in separate rows for a colorful presentation.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
