A delicious and hearty classic club sandwich made with layers of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, served between toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 3 slices of white or whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 2 oz sliced ham
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  3. Layer the first slice of bread with lettuce, turkey, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side up.
  5. Layer the second slice with bacon, ham, and cheese. Top with lettuce and tomato.
  6. Add the final slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut into quarters.

Notes
