  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, celery, bell pepper, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy at your BBQ or picnic!
