Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, bell pepper, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy at your BBQ or picnic!
Notes
- Feel free to customize with your favorite add-ins like diced ham, hard-boiled eggs, or olives.
