- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- Place the quartered cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- You can prepare this casserole the night before and refrigerate it. Just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time if baking from cold.
