- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can pat the chicken thighs dry before seasoning.
