A creamy and delicious Chicken Alfredo pasta dish that is easy to make and perfect for any weeknight dinner.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to combine and coat in the sauce. Stir in Italian seasoning.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
