Description

A creamy and delicious Chicken Alfredo pasta dish that is easy to make and perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to combine and coat in the sauce. Stir in Italian seasoning.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
