- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, fresh lime juice, tequila, lime zest, and salt. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the hulled strawberries to the bowl and gently toss them in the lime tequila glaze until well coated.
- Let the strawberries marinate in the glaze for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.
- Serve the glazed strawberries on a platter, drizzling any remaining glaze over them for extra flavor.
