- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water and pat them dry.
- On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
