A delicious and spicy Cajun shrimp pasta recipe that combines succulent shrimp with a creamy, flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked pasta.

- 8 ounces of fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
