Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indent in the center of each to prevent puffing up during cooking.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C for medium).
  6. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove the burgers and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Assemble your burgers on the buns with your favorite toppings.
