- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indent in the center of each to prevent puffing up during cooking.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C for medium).
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the burgers and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble your burgers on the buns with your favorite toppings.
