  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Crispy and flavorful buffalo wings tossed in a spicy sauce, perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar in a bowl. Mix well.
  6. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
