Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on the tortilla.
  4. Add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the ranch dressing.
  5. Top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
