- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on the tortilla.
- Add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the ranch dressing.
- Top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- You can substitute cooked chicken with grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add additional toppings like avocado or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
