- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, stirring to coat each piece evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil until fully coated.
- Return the buffalo cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to set the sauce.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust the spiciness by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce based on your preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
