These bite-sized chocolate chip cookie dough bites are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without overindulging. Made with safe-to-eat cookie dough, they’re great for parties or a quick treat!

- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup (65g) packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (45g) mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the flour and salt, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the cookie dough bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cookie dough bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once all bites are coated, place them back in the freezer for another 15 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store cookie dough bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Feel free to customize the recipe by adding nuts or different types of chocolate chips.
