- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub olive oil over both sides of the pork chops and then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
