- 2 cups potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add mashed potatoes and mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent. Add cooked ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and set aside to cool.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal pieces. Roll each piece into a flat circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
