Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potato Salad
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently fold until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
