- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box (11 oz) Nilla Wafers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
- In a large serving dish, layer the Nilla Wafers, followed by a layer of the banana slices, and then a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add additional banana slices and Nilla Wafers on top for garnish.
