- 3 overripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Finally, add the flour and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
