Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon if using.
- Drizzle the mixture over the banana slices and gently toss to coat.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with a little oil.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool completely before serving. Enjoy your crispy banana chips!
Notes
- For a sweeter option, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the banana slices before air frying.
