- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on and bone-in
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish. Arrange lemon slices around the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
