Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, block of feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
  3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden.
  4. While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven and mix everything together, mashing the feta with a fork to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well, ensuring the pasta is coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
