- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of rice vinegar to the marinade.
- Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the chicken thighs.
