Description

Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed mushrooms cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
