- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or bacon to the filling for extra flavor.
- You can use different types of cheese based on your preference.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
