- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced into rounds

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and yellow squash.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the squash and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the squash during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
