- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
- Place the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the air fryer.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
Notes
- Adjust the spices according to your taste preferences. You can add more or less cayenne for heat.
