- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can spray the cauliflower with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste preferences.
