Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold are recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until evenly coated.
  4. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
