- 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold are recommended)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
