- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Air fry the vegetables for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the vegetables are crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
