Ingredients
Scale
- 4 beef cutlets (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Take each beef cutlet and dredge it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured cutlet into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Finally, coat the cutlet in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded cutlets in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Lightly spray the tops of the cutlets with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cutlets are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
- Ensure the beef cutlets are of even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
