- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the pork chops at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
