- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the tortilla chips with half of the shredded cheese, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
- Layer the chip mixture in the air fryer basket, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by jalapeños.
- Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with sliced green onions.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to customize your nachos with other toppings like avocado, ground beef, or corn.
