- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
