Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
