Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 46 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts.
  4. Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored areas.
  5. Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
  6. Cook for 30-40 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through, until heated through and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar.
  • If your ham is larger than 6 lbs, you may need to cook it longer or in batches.
