Ingredients
Scale
- 1 fully cooked ham (about 4–6 lbs)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored areas.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through, until heated through and caramelized.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar.
- If your ham is larger than 6 lbs, you may need to cook it longer or in batches.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes for a complete meal.
