Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the trimmed green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the green beans are well coated.
  3. Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the green beans are tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
