- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
