Crispy and delicious air fryer French fries that are easy to make at home.

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fries from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes longer or double fry them.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
