  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third dish, add the beaten eggs.
  4. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated fish fillets in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Spray the tops of the fish fillets lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry the fish at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
