- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third dish, add the beaten eggs.
- Dredge each fish fillet in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated fish fillets in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Spray the tops of the fish fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry the fish at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
