These air fryer chicken fajitas are a quick and delicious dinner option, packed with flavor and ready in just 25 minutes.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference. Zucchini, mushrooms, or corn work great too.
- For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños to the mixture.
