- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Cut it into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again until evenly coated.
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
