  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Cut it into cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again until evenly coated.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
