Description
These air fryer cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them the perfect healthy snack or side dish.

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- If using, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
- For extra crunch, you can add a light coating of breadcrumbs before air frying.
