Description
Juicy and delicious burgers made easily in the air fryer for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 10-12 minutes for medium doneness, flipping halfway through.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
