Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

- Add half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer the broccoli mixture to a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and paprika until well combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the broccoli.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include cooked bacon bits or diced ham in the broccoli mixture.
- Feel free to swap out the cheeses for your favorites or whatever you have on hand.
- If you prefer a crispier topping, increase the cooking time by a few minutes, but keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
