Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the broccoli.
  3. Add half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and paprika until well combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the broccoli.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include cooked bacon bits or diced ham in the broccoli mixture.

  • If you prefer a crispier topping, increase the cooking time by a few minutes, but keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
