Description
Juicy and delicious beef burgers made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equally sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the burgers reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
- During the last minute of cooking, add cheese if desired, allowing it to melt.
- Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble your burgers on the buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
- You can also add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
- Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model.
