- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well coated.
- Place the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add lemon zest or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
