- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the fresh spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves and edible flowers for a beautiful presentation.
